In the Lab, NetApp will be showcasing how its storage solutions integrate directly into Virtual Center delivering a storage solution capable of rapid cloning of 1000s of VMs, automated backup, push button DR testing and data de-duplication.

Storage Virtualization on Steroids          
This session addresses a geek’s worst nightmare.  NetApp will discuss several approaches to backup and recovery in a virtual environment, highlighting solutions that can eliminate tedious  (are we done yet?!) backup windows and ensure data recovery in a variety of scenarios.  NetApp will also discuss disaster recovery strategies for Virtual Infrastructures including a case study of Site Recovery Manager on NetApp.

Deploying 1000+ node VDI in Minutes  
This session is a geeks dream.  NetApp will dive into data deduplication and zero-cost cloning as well as intelligent read cache data placement and IO write optimization of NetApp storage. Then will provide details on how VMware administrators can leverage vCenter Server plug-ins to properly configure and audit storage connectivity from within the vSphere Client using the NetApp Virtual Storage Console.  To conclude NetApp will detail the Rapid Cloning Utility and will walk through the creation of space efficient, high performing, server and desktop virtual machines.
