With the rapid growth of server virtualization environments, there are many obstacles to overcome, from providing the proper data protection levels, to building highly available infrastructure, and tying this together with reporting tools to trouble shoot and manage capacity. As these environments grow, we need to ensure that we can properly recover from data loss and disasters, reduce unexpected downtime, and provide reporting mechanisms that will allow us to not only trouble shoot an environment, but also report on who is using the infrastructure and how much of it they are using.
